Sounds bizarre but if you're looking for a cheapo alternative to a normal bike then consider this.
It weighs 9kg, can carry a weight of 220kg and is waterproof!
They're not out just yet but at that price we should ALL get one and use it for corner-shop runs - helps reduce that carbon footprint no?

The Sun (and the so-called inventor) are rather behind the times given that a similar bike was developed in the UK in 2008.

temporary use that second link says 6 months
it wont stand up to much abuse, potholes, kerbs, or anything similar
there is no way if it made it to this country it would cost that it would at least be double
cheapest parts
wont be comfortable
most importantly youll look a !!!! riding it0
