Hey all,
I've got some good news, that some of you guys may like to take into consideration.
I've been contacted by a dodgy company called Winnington International over the last few weeks, and a lot of the research I've been doing on the European markets in general for questions to put to them has come from this boards.
I've managed to string the company along that I'm interested in placing large amounts of money into Turkish property, which happens to be large amounts of money, contrary to common belief, that I don't have, and the Debate board has given me some sanity in the accuracy of the info I've given them on the markets in general, in that 100% of the time, it's been correct.
I've spoken to Turkish nationals, property investors, and two contacts in property firms, one of which has (unrelated to this) contracts in Turkey at the moment, and everything the company has said is turning out to be highly manipulated, in exactly the same way as the developers looking to go into Spain (I'm currently just above breakeven by going it alone) and Sochi (I've made huge money by going it alone) found clients.
This case, partly thanks to investigative work that you guys have done on my behalf, is now a priority concern for HMRC and police in both the UK and Turkey. Collectively we have one company which were skillfully backed into a corner and broke down under pressure from both ourselves and my accountant on the way to being closed down.
Thank you for your research! :T

It's a general one.
I can recall a few distinct names I've used directly on the matter, but many more on this board have had a say in the way it's been dealt with.
