Would it be cheaper ( i.e. any special WOW tariffs ) if I was to get a Sim Only Deal? ( Ideally Voda. )

companies like https://www.chatterbox.com and https://www.mailorderphones.co.uk are well trusted for these type of deals - more info on the websites. Would look for you but i'm flooded with work (still will be popping back if anything decent comes through!!).
However, if you get a normal contract with a *really* nice phone then (as always) you can sell off the phone and that should help reduce your theoretical line rental down.
HTH.

I got a call offering me a vodafone sim only deal end of last week which was £3.99 a month for 18 months, with 200 txts a month and so many free minutes, but i dont know who the company was and i want to get back in touch with them (wasnt vodafone direct as i phoned them and best deal they could give me was £11.99 a month!) . anyone had similar calls? know who it could be?

yeah kai666 is so spot on
800 mins and 2000 texts for life for me..........£45.00 !
the texts alone are worth over £200.00 a month
http://www.o2promotions.co.uk/doubletalkdoubletext/?ref=HpSkyDoubletext
the same minutes and texts on 3 would be £225.00
talk and text 900 (750mins+150texts) £40
then 1850 texts @ 10p = £185.00
and you dont need a bloody crappy 3G handset! they all have problems with being new technology
take a virgin sim in an old unlocked phone to a virgin megastore that sell virgin mobile and get a nokia 1100 for £9.99 when you trade the old piece of 4year old crap from the drawer, or do it the non mse way and spend a massive amount on latest handset (the money we all save here you should all have top of the range handsets!) stick or twist the choice is yours
these o2 deals are to die for, unless from what i hear on the other thread Vodafone is going to serve me better when the new price range launches, hopefully so and if not i will be calling them to match it slightly cheaper, time will tell, 3 customer services are a complete nightmare o2 are as sweet as MSE!
alas im seaniboyo2 for the time being:DIf I helped or saved you money - Thank me
If I helped you spend some money - spank me
If I done both - :lipsrseal me:eek:
