They're not interested in trying to get RA to deal with them

i was on the outbound flight, we were boarded, waited for some time before being asked to leave the plane, the reasons given were initially that the plane was too heavy with passengers and fuel to take off from lba, we were later told that we were waiting for a new flight crew, then we were told we would have to refuel at stanstead. the flght back from tenerife was also delayed, and then diverted to liverpool, from here we were transfered by coach to lba. all in all an appalling service. i would not recommend ryanair to anyone.

I too was on this outbound flight and have just had an email reply from Ryanair stating it was the usual technical fault and citing extraordinary circumstances...we the passengers were told there had been too much fuel put on the plane making it too heavy to get off the ground in the wind although not a weather problem as all other flights from LBA that day took off ok. then the crew went out of hours and had to be replaced and we had to eventually come via stanstead.....I am interested to see that. Mcfisco has the weather and airport problems cited in his reply from Ryanair??!! R u happy for me to use your reply to further my case and I will keep you posted then you can decide if you want to use my reply which gives different reasons to further your claim....?
