5. The prize consists of a 4-night break to Monaco for the winner and one other person. The prize includes return economy flights from London to Nice, car hire for a convertible car, including comprehensive insurance, throughout the stay, 4 nights' accommodation at Le M!ridien Nice in one double room, return helicopter transfers from Nice airport to Monaco, luxurious lunch at Le Grill at Louis XV and one 2 hour Jet Ski hire.
6. You and your chosen guest will be responsible for travel insurance, transport to and from the London airport, food and drink and all other personal expenses. You both must have a valid machine readable passport with minimum 6 month validity beyond the return date, with at least 2 unstamped pages and a visa (if applicable).
7. The trip must be taken and completed before the 31st October 2013 (subject to availability) but cannot be taken between 17th December 2012 and 6th January 2013 or on any date which includes a Bank Holiday day and once booked cannot be amended.
8. To be able to take advantage of the car hire, the driver of the hire vehicle must be at least 25 years of age and have held a full clean driving license for over 2 years. At least one of the travelling party must be 18 years of age or older. If you (as the winner) are under the age of 18 years old, you must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 years of age or older. Additionally, guests below the age of 16 must provide written parental consent to travel unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. Terms and Conditions of the carriers apply.
