Miracle gro on lawn seed?
Hi
I have just seeded part of my hellish garden and due to the fact that nothing normally grows out there I wanted to give the seed the best possible chance. Would it be ok to use miracle grow on the seeds to help them along or would it be best once the grass has started to grow?
Many thanks
Jo

No. I shouldn't imagine that fertiliser will help the seeds to germinate. I'd wait until after they have sprouted. In fact, if you have put down some compost before you sowed the seed, that will be enough for a month or so.A friend is someone who overlooks your broken fence and admires the flowers in your garden.0
