Can anyone recommend a reasonable hotel or b + b they have used in Edinburgh.

what's your budget and do you want to be in the mids of it all or do you have a car so you can stay in the country outside of Edinburgh

budget - the equivalent of £35 each for bf and i and prefer to be on bus route as im going to leave my car at my folks in fife and get the train

Try the Travel lodge in the Centre, which are normally quite reasonable in price, and very central.
