3 bedroom, semi....£750.
Britains cheapest house. And theres a possibility that you may be able to get a BOGOF.
Surely this is worth a punt to some of our budding BTL entrepreneurs!
Apparently the area is a complete dive, surrounded with drug and antisocial problems, including arson. Indeed, it looks like the house next door has already been decorated in line with its surrounding area.
But....£750 and the house below could be yours....and you may even get one from over the road thrown in for good measure.

How dare people complain that they cannot afford a house!?

LOL.
Out of interest, I've just had a look on google earth.
2 of the houses in that place look as if they have been vandilised to the point of demolition...and just been left.
Everywhere around it just looks weird too. Actually reminds me of some US areas, where you see lots of dust type car parks. Looks like theres loads of off road dust tracks too.
Weird area! Zooming down to street view makes it look like some kind of warzone. Scary place!

Teeside LHA 3 bed £114 a week if you can rent it out for 6 months before it’s burnt down you could treble your money.0

How do you know this? He could have emailed the picture from .his smartphone and still be walking homeFew people are capable of expressing with equanimity opinions which differ from the prejudices of their social environment. Most people are incapable of forming such opinions.0 -
Publicity stunt by the auctioneers!
A rare occasion where the seller can't be bothered to put a reserve price, and so they are 'milking' the situation.
Both houses will go for their "market" price - whatever that is.0 -

Proof the there are affordable homes out there, the older generation had to start in places not as nice abd build up unlike the current crop of young yahoos who want it all now0

looks like someones set it alight a couple of times it would cost more than 750 quid to repair itReplies to posts are always welcome, If I have made a mistake in the post, I am human, tell me nicely and it will be corrected. If your reply cannot be nice, has an underlying issue, or you believe that you are God, please post in another forum. Thank you0

Well a couple of tins of magnolia and some twigs in vases and you could easily double your 'investment'.0

I'd like to see the local paper boy buy it. Should've saved £150 by now, and can probably command a £600 mortgage.0
