1. To enter a competition you must be: (a) UK resident; and (b) 18 years old or over at the time of entry.
2. Competitions are not open to employees (or members of their immediate families) of Scan Magazine Ltd. or any subsidiary of Scan Magazine Ltd.

4. Only one entry per person.
5. 6. Sending an e-mail is not proof that we have received your entry. No responsibility can be accepted for entries that are lost or delayed, or which are not received for any reason.
7. The winner will be drawn among the entrants who have answered the question(s) correctly.
8. The closing date is as specified in each competition, and Scan Magazine Ltd reserves the right to amend the competition end date at any time.
9. If you win a competition, we will notify you by post and e-mail. The judges’ decision will be final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
10. You can find out who has won a particular competition by sending a stamped addressed envelope, marked with the name of the competition to Scan Magazine Ltd, 4 Baden Place, Crosby Row, London SE1 1YW after the closing date.
11. By entering the competition the winner agrees to participate in such promotional activity and material as Scan Magazine Ltd and its partners may require.
12. The panel of judges for each competition will be comprised of members of the marketing team of a relevant department of Scan Magazine Ltd.
13. The prize will not be transferable to another person.
14. No part of a prize is exchangeable for cash or any other prize.
15. If an advertised prize is not available, we reserve the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value.
16. Incorrectly completed entries will be disqualified.
17. This competition is being run by Scan Magazine Ltd. of 4 Baden Place, Crosby Row, London SE1 1YW.

20. Scan Magazine Ltd. will endeavour to send prizes within a month of the competition end date but cannot guarantee this delivery time.
21. Promotion closes at 23:59 on 7 October 2012. The winner will be chosen at random from all the correct entries received before 7 October 2012. Winners will be contacted by email on or before 10 October 2012. The prize is to win 1 pairs of return flights from London City Airport to Stockholm (Arlanda). Accommodation is not included. Flights must be taken before 9 October 2013. We will do our best to accommodate you on the dates you have selected but reserve the right to offer alternate dates. We require a minimum of 14 days notice when it comes to booking your flights. Reservation changes are not permitted after the tickets have been issued. The prize tickets are not transferable, have no cash value and are not for re sale. If winners attempt to sell all or part of their prize, BA may withdraw the entire prize. Entries are limited to one per person and by entering the competition you agree to take part in any publicity relating to the competition, if invited. The competition is available to all UK residents. Employees of British Airways, BA CityFlyer and The SCAN Magazine are not eligible to enter.
