Plusnet Phone/Broadband package, line rental increase

I have a Plusnet package which gives me home phone, broadband plus free phone calls evening and weekends.

When I signed up I opted to pay the line rental a year in advance to save a bit extra money. I've received an email from them advising that line rental will increase by £1 per month from 28 October.

Can't find anything on their website at the moment but as I've paid a year's line rental upfront does anyone know if the increase still applies and the £1 be added to my monthly broadband DD.

The increase does not apply if you paid your line rental a year in advance,thats the whole point of line rental saver,pay it in advance save money. No further payment due for line rental until year is up.:D

Thanks very much jhp, good news then . I was obviously looking in the wrong place and missed that.

I've taken up their offer and has paid for a year's line rental to avoid the price rises. All the telecom companies are rising their prices so it's only time before Plusnet joined them.
