Apartment/villa Accomodation near Rome

We are a group of 7 ( 4 adults and 3 kids) and have booked flights to go to Pisa. Plan is to see Rome and area around.We are struggling to get accomodation as there is nohing under 1300 euro for 7 . Can some one suggest cheaper accomodation - we have plan to visit Rome in day but would like to stay out if it is cheaper to live- .Many thanks for your help.

it's a private apartment (one bedroom and two sofa beds in the lounge - so not sure if this is what you want) , twenty minutes walking from the Colosseum, 100m from underground station, which is good.

Price from 665 to 875 euros/week.

Sorry if I was not clear .
The accomodation we are looking for is for 7 persons for 6 nights in or around Rome- self catering..However on the sites which i searched today the cheapest I could find was around 1200 euro . We are therfore looking for a cheaper accomodation than this and really need help in sorting this out.
