1. The prize draw is open to UK mainland residents aged 18 years and over, excluding employees and their immediate families of M&S, Redwood, their agents, or anyone professionally connected with this prize draw.
2. Closing date for receipt of all entries is midnight on 31st October 2012.
3 .There is one prize consisting of a Conran Bainbridge armchair worth £749 and includes delivery to winner’s address only’
4. The winner will be the first entries drawn at random by an independently verified computer system or an independent person.
5. Only one entry per household. No automated, third party or bulk entries are permitted. Multiple entries will result in disqualification. If it becomes apparent that either a participant or household is using any means to circumvent this condition then these entries will be disqualified and any prize entitlement will be void.
6. Entry is online only. Entrants must provide a full mailing address with postcode at point of entry.
7. No responsibility can be accepted for entries which are incomplete, delayed, corrupted, damaged or not received for whatsoever reason. Proof of entering will not be accepted as proof of receipt of entry.
8. The winner will be notified by email or post within 28 days of the closing date. If an email is returned for whatsoever reason all due effort will be made to contact the winner but if this cannot be done within a further 28 days, or if the prize cannot be taken for any reason, the prize will be forfeited and a redraw will take place.
9. The winner may be required to provide proof of ID and address. Proof of address must be in the name of the person who has entered the prize draw and failure to do so may result in prize entitlement being withdrawn.
10. The winner may be required to take part in publicity resulting from this prize draw with no recompense.
11. The prize must be accepted as offered. There is no cash or alternative prize in whole, or in part. The prize is non-transferable and non-refundable and cannot be resold for profit or commercial gain.
12. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value.
13. The promoter’s decision is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into. Entry implies acceptance of these terms and conditions.
14. Winner’s details will be passed onto a third party for the administration of the prize draw only.

17. This promotion and these terms and conditions are governed by English law and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute with a UK resident arising out of or in connection with this promotion
