First thing to do is check whether you can access the money early : many fixed-term accounts allow no early access at all. I get the impression that fixed-term ISAs tend to allow early closure (with a penalty) but I don't know if that's always the case.
You'd have to check the T&C for the specific rules for each account (or post the details here and maybe someone will know / look it up for you).0 -

It's simply a matter of looking at the T&Cs of the accounts if you still have the documents (or can find them online), or asking an assistant at the bank if not.
We are really not the people to direct this question to (especially without naming the accounts)!0 -
Could a 0% credit card get you through to the maturity of the 1 year account? Or a short term overdraft?freakybritgal wrote: »I opened up a ISA in June 2 years fixed and I also opened a savings bond for 1 year of £15000.

I don't know when your one year account was opened.
I don't know the balance of the ISA.
I don't know the rates on either account.
I don't know the penalty clauses on either account.
I don't know if partial withdrawals are allowed or complete closure is needed.
I don't even know who offers either account so that I can research it on the provider's web site (although you could and really should research it yourself or make a phone call).
Do you really think it's possible to get an answer from the information given so far?
You might as well have posted the word "pericombobulation" and nothing else. You'd have had a more sane response.0 -

You haven't even said how much effing cash you need.
