What to do when item isn't working?

Hi,

Can someone tell me the steps I should follow when an item I receive (in this case a printer) isn't working.

    I would contact the seller first of all to see what they say (they might be able to double check with you that it's set up correctly etc).

    Decide what you want (ie refund or replacement).

    E-mail the seller, explaining the situation and telling them how you would like them to resolve it.

    If they don't respond, get their phone number and ring them.

    If still no response and you paid using PayPal, start the refund process through them. You'll need to send the printer back as part of this process.
