New kitchen. Not delivered and no refund

I bought a kitchen in Summer 2010 from one of the sheds.
The delivery was due in 6-8 weeks. It did not arrive due to some missing parts. I called every few weeks and was told they would call me. Eventually. In December 2011, i got bored of waiting and asked for a refund. It turns out that the order was cancelled in their system in May 2011, but no one informed me but continued to tell me they would contact me when the parts were in stock.
They offered a "good deal" if i ordered another kitchen. I accepted. But as it had been so long since the original payment, they advised i pay in full again for the new kitchen and the original amount would be refunded. I ordered the new kitchen and paid for it in full in February 2012. This is now fitted (although there are a few minor problems).
I sent them the credit card statement showing evidence of the amount due to be refunded from the original kitchen. They claim not to have received it.
They then asked for a letter from the credit card company asking for evidence of the payment. I got bored of waiting for the refund that i asked the cc company to calculate the interest from Summer 2010 to present. This is now almost double the original amount!!! (i have a high interest rate).
My questions are:
1. I have waited over two years for a kitchen. They have not refunded it. I have suffered losses as the payment was made on my credit card and I am paying interest. They agreed to refund in December 2011, but nothing has been received.
2. How would i calculate the interest I have paid and from which date? I accept that I would have paid anyway, had the kitchen arrived, but I hold issue with the store keeping the money and then not delivering.
My thoughts are that I should charge interest from the date it became apparent that the order was "lost", which was December 2011.
So roughly, it will be amount paid x 9 months of my monthly interest rate.
Any ideas?
Thanks

Get onto your Credit Card company and ask them to process a Section 75 claim.
You should have done this back in December 2011“That old law about 'an eye for an eye' leaves everybody blind. The time is always right to do the right thing.”0 -
I'm more puzzled by you waiting one and a half years to cancel and request a refund than anything else!!!!If women are birds and freedom is flight are trapped women Dodos?0

Why on earth would you pay twice?0

Which shed was it? It might be useful to warn others off. Perhaps you could say that you will name them on MSE if they don't fully refund you and correct the problems with the installed kitchen within 7 days.
I certainly would not have paid them for a 2nd kitchen if they had messed me around with the first one.0
