Estate Agent taking me to court

I am due in court in 4 weeks over a commission dispute with an Estate Agent. What I need is a recommendation for a solicitor as the local ones to me all also do Conveyancing work with or for this estate agent and I would like to be sure the legal advice I get is impartial. I am in Wiltshire.. Thanks for your time

  • The agency has refused to allow the Ombudsman to deal and although a NAEA member states they dont have to abide by the NAEA rules.I feel they have broken the NAEA rules with regards to time limits for claiming commission at the end of a contract. I am happy to defend myself in court but really need expert help with preparing my witness statement
