Im sorry to bump this but am having really problems trying to enter
for the last few days i couldnt even find the comp kept going round in circles, today i have found the comp but keeps telling me i need to fill in highlighted fields when i already have
any suggestions?

I managed to enter it just - have you filled in the answer field? I dont mean to sound as if you wouldnt know what you are doing
but its a drop down list...cant think of anything else sorry x

it's happening to me too, all details are filled in but it's saying my daughters name, my email address and phone number need to be filled in, which they are, i tried it with roboform, then manually typing everything and i even tried changing the email address to my other one but it's still saying the details are invalid and need correcting, i'm out of ideas now.

Sometimes the captcha plays up - refresh it until you have 5 letters and / or numbers and you can see them all fully. Sometimes I get a j that has the bottom cut off so I think it's an i for example.

Ooh, it was playing up for me like this last week. I left it and entered on the morning of it closing and it worked ok. Hope it works soon xx
