Lots of information missing on CreditExpert

Hi Debt-Free Wannabes
I normally hang out on the Old Style board, but am looking into submitting a PPI claim and so am hoping you can help me.
I've just logged on to CreditExpert to find a list of credit cards that I have had in the past (there have been a lot
) and it seems that my account has not been updated in a long time - for example my current account and several credit cards that I currently use are not listed, and my latest electoral role registration is not on there (we moved exactly a year ago).
Does anyone know how I can update this? Do I need to register my address with CreditExpert themselves? I thought they would be able to track me themselves?
Thanks very much to anyone who is able to help

Are you in a flat? I had a problem with my electoral roll registration and the local council told me that credit companies have systems issues with picking up flat numbers, I contacted them and they resolved the situation as the council confirmed that I was definitely on the electoral roll.So close to winning the war on my own personal naivety0

There are 3 credit reference agencies, you need to check the other two, Equifax and Callcredit.0

Thanks very much both - I do live in a flat so guess I need to contact them about this.
Are Equifax and Callcredit run in the same way as Experian, i.e. I register for an account online? There is no spare cash this month for paying for any new accounts unfortunately!
Thanks for replying
