im going tunisia in june for 7 days with a few friends. any words of warning or dos and donts that i need to know, we are going to Rosa Beach- Skanes Monastir . has anyone else been there? or can you recommend anything else to do or places to go.

men can be a problem in Tunisia, just be sensible and don't be suprised if you get a pinched bum but also remember that when you are on the beach to not go topless and if you do (like so many others do) then you may be asking for unwanted attention, the same in the streets, dress accordingly, nothign wrong with little skirts etc but walking around in bikini tops will be a problem, it would be a problem over here if you were not in a beach resort and you were walking around in a bikini

Tunisia's main religion is Islam, regardless of what you may feel towards this religion, you are a visitor in their country and you should treat this with repect.
