OneTel offering Line Rental

Afternoon guys,
Anyone got any opinions on the fact that OneTel are now offering Line Rental as an alternative to BT, so it's not just CPS, but you actually use OneTel as your main provider?
It's only marginally cheaper that BT (£9.99 as opposed to £10.50 p/m) but is it really worth it, just to have everything on one bill? I'm assuming (can't find it on the website, which is http://www.onetel.co.uk/index.php/linerental) that it wouldn't affect broadband connections since they usually say "... must be a BT customer.." but I guess that means non-cable...
Couldn't see any other threads about this on MSE but feel free to merge it if there's one I've missed somewhere...

Jazzking,
This was discussed briefly in http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.html?t=39444, and possibly a few other threads.
One thing to note is that if you choose to pay OneTel your line rental then according to their terms & conditions they can block access or charge a higher fee (see link above).
This could also apply to any company offering a similiar service as OneTel (ie pay your line rental to them instead of BT) because as far as I'm aware only BT have to allow us access to other telephony providers.0
