Just need some advice, I rent privately for nearly 4 years now, never owed a penny, nice landlord etc... have recently applied for Housing A, got a letter from them wanting more info, childs school, local connection etc.. Where I've lived last 5 years plus a reference from my landlord. Now he knows I have applied from back in July when they contacted him but he still hasn't given a reference. I'm wondering should I bother to ask him abt it when the H/A may turn me down due to my very bad credit history. I don't want to nag landlord, get him thinking I'm moving and then get turned down by H/A.
