I've seen a plot which could be of interest. It is in a residential area, basically someone has a large garden and is looking to sell it. The particulars state that services are believed to be close by! Assuming they are, can anyone let me know a ball park figure for having services connected to a plot? I know they will differ depending where the house goes on the plot etc. but just looking for a rough idea. It is not like it is a rural property that would require a septic tank!
