Disneyland Paris/Eurodisney Need review of things to do for 2 year old Please

Hi

To anyone who has been to Eurodisney please can you let me know how much stuff there is to do there for a very active 2 year old. We are thinking of booking to go this year and also have a 4 year old and a 13 year old, but are worried that there won't be enough to do together and the 2 year old will get bored.

Any details you could give about the park would be great as the brochure is very vague about exact thing there to do.

Are going to be staying at the Explorer Hotel, which sounds as if it has lots to do.

Thanks everyone :)

Hi, personally speaking I think you will be fine. I've been twice (but it's been 4 yrs since the last time I visited!). The first time, my ds was only 18mnths and we still had a great time. There was still lots for us to do and take in, you can go on rides like peter pans flight, snow white and the seven dwarfs, its a small world, theres another boat type ride, these are all fairly tame but still very enjoyable so even your older children should still enjoy them, then theres a childrens rollercoaster, the pirates of the carribean ride (we stumbled across this ride by accident and had no idea what it was we were going on...some of the models in there may be a bit scary for your little one though? we found it good fun tho) Honey I shrunk the Audience ( 2yrs is probably a bit young to actually 'get' whats going on but its still something you can all go in and see together and the older kids will LOVE it!!)ermm, Dumbo ride, theres also an adventure playground area which is good for all ages of kids, the big paddleboat that you can all go on, alice in wonderland maze, the big carousel...and also the characters around the park and parades will no doubt make sure that theres plenty for all of you to enjoy and thats just the 'main' disney park, theres quite a bit to do over in the newer park too. Thats all I can think of for now off the top of my head (my brain gets frazzled easily these days!!)

    Hope that helps some.

Hi I took my ds when he was two, and he wasn't a great one for the rides, although he enjoyed its a small worl. But he loved the shows, particularly stunt motors action, animagique and the lion king show. In Nov I went with my ds now aged 5 and my friends little boy aged 2. Again the stunt motors action show was a big hit they both also loved the buzz lightyear ride.
You do need to be organised. The disneyland paris website has details of all the attractions and shows (and times) at the parks. I always find it useful to do a wishlist of things I'd really like to do and plan my days around those. I've been several times and never had to queue very much for anything by utilsing fast pass and getting to the park as early as possible, get a couple of rides in pick up a couple of fast passes, going on busy rides when the parades are on, and then going to walt disney studios when its really busy at disneyland Park as its usually much quieter there. Enjoy!

I haev been to disneyland paris loads of times with my children, we first went when my youngest was abotu 18 months and the misserable soandso just sat in his buggy ! we then took him again a year later and he was fine and he was very well entertained

I took my friend and her two children there in Jan and her youngest is 2, she had a great time, she loved all the rides and was more excited than her brother (who is 5).

Don;t worry, there is enough there for the whole family to enjoy
