can i reclaim £8 bank charges?

hiya,

just a quick one......

been trough all my barclays statements and have quite a few £15 bank charges since 2006 but then from 2009 the chrages have gone fdown to £8.

what i want to know is can i claim all the £8 charges back or are these not unfair bank charges?

    There is no such thing as unfair bank charges. The banks won the court case.

    You cannot complain about unfair bank charges. The bank will auto-reject and the FOS will not take on your complaint if you refer it to them.
