Anyone with an older dog order the 4kg bag. I've ordered 10! Free delivery too. They might have made a mistake with the price so we'll just have to see if they honour it, worth a try.

I've only ordered 5 bags as I already have 30kgs of their usual food on order. They certainly won't go hungry

They've now changed the price to £16.56 hopefully they will honour existing orders at the original price.

Unfortunately they have cancelled my order and they are refunding me, sorry guys. I really think they should have spotted the error before they placed it on the website at that price, advertised it at that price for days and accepted multiple orders. Maybe if they had to honour their prices they would check them more carefully!

I got my cancellation email this morning too - never mind, it was worth a shot!

Difficult really - someone who has been sacked could then log into the computer and change all of the prices to 1p. Is it fair that the retailer has to honour them? It's obviously human error and a 0 has been omitted from the price. We are not all perfect and mistakes happen.

If it was posted on UKHD then your order would have been about number 200 and they would have spent days cancelling and refunding orders, that is why it has taken so long.

Problems comes down to sites such as MSE. Had the retailer got 5 orders they might have honoured them all - but when everyone tells sites such as this and they get 500 orders they are never going to honour them. They are certainly going to wonder why there are hundreds of orders for the same item all of a sudden. I always wait until I have got my glitch items before reporting it - unless it is something I do not want.
