What Tree???
Hi all...
Garden is looking swell!!! I spent yesterday making my raised veg patch - I LOVE IT!!! Seeds are sprouting all over the house...:T
Now, I know this is a question and a half but I am looking for a tree and need some suggestions...
25/30foot in height - also a good wide spread... I kind of like weeping trees(?)
Nice leaves...
Some flowers...
Spring/Summer and Autumn interest would be good...
Answers on a postcard to... me!
Thanks all!!

Weeping trees are ok but if they are willows they will struggle or suck the ground dry. Go for fruit, cherries if you live in a warm spot pretty flowers, pretty fruit. Or a nice plum or apple - I have a victoria plum - small flowers but in the summer with those fat purple pink plums gorgeous. AMELANCHIER LAMARCKII is smallish (15 -20 ft) but starry white flowers in spring on leafless branches, little dark berries that you can eat & an autumn show as the leaves turn yellow/red/gold is good all year performer. And of course the rowan tree is good job too. All the best0
