Can I transfer my bank loan (Lloyds) to my new 0% interest for 22 months barclaycard

Only if barclaycard offered you a money transfer or super balance transfer.
Barclaycard don't often offer such deals and usually only on established accounts.
Alternatively if you had another card that does allow money transfers you could do a transfer from that and then transfer from bcard to that card - but obviously that would have 2 transfer fees.
MBNA backed cards and Post Office cards are the ones that usually offer money transfers.A smile enriches those who receive without making poorer those who giveor "It costs nowt to be nice"0
