Special terms and conditions:

1. The prize draw is open to all UK residents aged 18 and over, expect employees and the immediate family of Tesco Publishing, Cedar Communications, HIPP Organic or anyone professionally connected to this prize draw.
2. The prize is seven night’s accommodation on a room-only basis at Mar Yuca, a private villa in Binibeca, Menorca, for two adults and 2 children (under 12). The prize also includes return economy flights from major UK airports to Menorca and airport/villa transfers.
3. The prize must be taken before 12th July 2013 and is subject to availability of flights and accommodation as purchased by the agent supplying the holiday on any particular date.
4. Transport, meals and beverages, UK transfers, additional resorts or other incidental expenses are not included.
5. Prior to departure the winner must purchase comprehensive travel insurance either from the agent supplying the holiday or through their own source.
6. The holiday must be taken as offered. There is no cash or other alternative to the prize stated and the prize is not transferable and no part or parts of the prize may be substituted for other benefits, items or additions.
