It should say 'fill in this form' as a clicky link between 'For your chance to win' and 'Deadline for entries ...'

I can't give you a link to the form as it just takes me to a page saying I've already entered.

hmm ... maybe if you're logged in it will show you the 'fill in this form' link??

try clicking on the space anyway - even if you cant see it, it might still be there - has worked for me in the past.
