Response to Advantis Credit

First a little history.
I was asked to leave the family home by my wife of twenty years (for no indiscretion on my part, apparently we are 'incompatible'!??) Suffered a full blown mental breakdown and am currently awaiting an appointment from the Autistic and ADHD centre as the Depression and Anxiety clinic say they are unable to assist a person of my personality!
During this time my now Ex took our home, contents and anything she could get her hands on and I was left with over £30000 in various debts to about 7 credit card companies.
Previously I had an Experian credit rating of 999, so no past bad debt history.
I have written to all creditors (back in February 2011)explaining my situation and that I am currently unemployable. This is not new, I was always self employed thanks to being considered a troublesome employee because I will only do jobs properly. Nowadays this situation has been compounded further by bouts of psychosis, which understandably makes me appear as a poor appointment choice.
As a result of ignoring my letters, in the main, I believe that all but one of my debts are now in the hands of Debt Collection Agencies.
I have no income, monies stashed in off-shore accounts, job or home (homeless between June2010 -February 2011 and from February 2012 onwards) thanks to a squeeze on housing benefit which meant I could not afford the flat I was renting - my landlord would have me back anytime as he considers me a 'model tenant'

I have been advised that these DCA's are now sending out doorstep agents and have just sent a letter to Advantis. I'm afraid that they caught me on a bad day so the letter starts
'Dear F*** W*T, (I assume that 's how you pronounce the scrawl at the bottom of your letter)',
and goes on to explain that I am not resident at the address and am currently at 'no fixed abode, England - where you can find me any time you care to look.'
I don't use mobiles so don't have any worries about them getting a number and also advised them that by asking a ' person not named above' to contact them that they are not only encouraging persons to tamper with my mail but that in mentioning another previous address that they are in breach of Data Protection legislation, They conclude that they will update my details if they get notification - I have expressed my doubts about this and signed off with the scrawl they put at the bottom of their letter.
Debt problem agencies and charities are unable to help and suggest that I go bankrupt which is impossible on £60 a week (she even grabs £5 week through the CSA, making it even harder for me to entertain my children in the manner they were accustomed to).
My only concern is that these DCA's have no knowledge of my circumstances and are likely to pester the occupants of properties in which I have no further interest, should a doorstepper be unlucky enough to find the hedge I'm sleeping under he may be somewhat taken aback at a nutter waving a 2 foot panga at him - mental health don't seem to have any concerns about this despite the fact that it would give me a roof over my head and three meals a day for an indefinite period.

Any one got any thoughts?? Once you've stopped laughing/shaking your head that is.

Don't worry abOut the new tenants, they'll explain they are not the person they are looking for and get them to leave.

I'm curious though how you typed this post whilst homeless...

Advantis are probably now more likely to send letters and correspondence to the address due to them getting a response from you which they will assume is only possible if you are contactable at the address.

Free internet use at a library perhaps.
