2nd time lucky!

As some of you may know, we sold our house many weeks ago now then a month down the line our buyers pulled out. Well we sold again 2 weeks ago and luckily the house we were buying was still for sale :j our buyers are in renting and the people that we're buying from are going in to renting so was wondering what would be the quickest time we could complete in. We've sorted our mortgage, had the survey done and solicitors have started the searches. The survey was done on our house yesterday and was only a cheap one and the chap said nothing negative to report back so all good :)
Does anyone think that it's possible to complete by the last week of August if we all push for it (I know our buyers are keen to move ASAP as they have to start their kids in a new school). Thanks

yes end of August should be acheivable if everyone chases the solicitors and all the solicitors are upto the job ( may just have a problem with holidays etc ). very important to chase as they all seem to take their time if not chivied along.
