HELP!company has taken money,not delivered goods and notsure what steps to take!

I ordered some kitchen worktops from a buisness off the internet which has 3 depots,it came out of my account straight away,and immediatly after I recieved an email saying the order had been cancelled!it has been 3 days and the money has still not been returned to my account and the company are saying its the banks fault and the bank are saying its the company!I have no idea what action to take can I threaten them with police action,and or reporting them to the office of fair trading or tradings standards help and advice please!

The Police won't be interested. Ever.

Trading Standards won't be either at the moment.

It has only been 3 days. You need to give it up to a week.

Refunds do take a number of days to re-appear.

Distance selling regulations allow them up to 30 days. Although it can often take a few days for refunds to appear back in your account.
