Sunsail have now confirmed via facebook that they have updated their T&Cs to show a closing date of 31/10/2012. Thanks to Myrrh for the PM
Terms & Conditions: Prize is a one-week holiday for four adults at Sunsail’s Club Vounaki, Greece. Prize holiday is inclusive of Thomson Airways charter economy flights, transfers to and from the club, half-board accommodation and free use of Sunsail’s sailing equipment (excluding water-skiing). Holiday is exclusive of transfers to and from London Gatwick Airport, overseas airport taxes, food purchased outside of the inclusive meal plan, pay-as-you-play activities and personal travel insurance. Facilities provided at Sunsail Clubs shall be defined in the 2012 Sunsail Clubs Brochure, the winner will be subject to the terms and conditions therein. It is a condition that travel insurance be taken out through Sunsail or another adequate policy of insurance to cover the winner and all persons named on the booking form. The competition winner must have booked and taken their holiday by 31/10/13; dates are subject to availability and exclude school holidays and high season dates. No cash alternative will be offered. Airport Embarkation Tax
1. Passenger Terminal Facility Charge levied on all passengers leaving Greece:
a. International destinations: EUR 12,15.
b. Domestic destinations: EUR 8,51.
2. Security Charge applicable to all passengers: EUR 1,52.
Placement of payment: at ticket issuance or at airport of departure in Greece.
Exempt:
1. Children under 5 years of age.
2. Passengers transiting within 24 hours, provided transfer is indicated on the ticket.
3. Crew members of departing aircraft, or if travelling as a passenger to resume service on an aircraft on another airport.
4. Civil Aviation employees of a Government to which the aircraft is registered travelling on duty for inflight checking purposes (e.g. check of airworthiness, crew check, ground maintenance staff servicing a specific flight) as well as airline employees travelling on duty.
5. Passengers travelling on special flights exclusively servicing the transport of incapacitated persons;
