The value of any monetary balance of the giftcard may not be exchanged for cash equivalent or alternative prize. Is the answer Fatima Whitbread? Don't mean to be rude, but sometimes I find it confusing when people post a smiley next to the answer, as in this case it isn't clear whether it's B or C.
