Competition details are a part of these terms and conditions.
Entry is open to residents of the UK, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, and the Republic of Ireland except employees (and their families) of Baumatic Ltd, and any other companies associated with the competitions.
The winner(s) must be aged 18 or over. Proof of identity and age may be required.
By entering the competition, entrants acknowledge that their Facebook username, profile picture and any additional content submitted will be published on the Baumatic facebook page and may be viewed by all web users.
Entry into the competition will be taken as confirmation that the entrant have all necessary permissions from the creator(s) of any content submitted and from any persons contained in such content.
Using a false name or address will result in disqualification.
All entries must be made directly by the person entering the competition.
Entries made online using methods generated by a script, macro or the use of automated devices will not be counted.
No responsibility can be accepted for entries lost, delayed or corrupted, or due to computer error in transit.
The prizes are not transferable to another individual and no cash or other alternatives will be offered.
The winner(s) is (are) responsible for expenses and arrangements not specifically included in the prizes.

Would you be ok just to edit the title for indexing by date please eg:

rather than:
E: 20/7? Win a set of Cadbury Heroes London 2012 Choc-filled Mugs
Just click edit & advanced
If left as is it will be indexed wrong so you end up with the issue that can be seen on page 1 of this view of the board.

7 How can I amend my thread title if I need to?
To edit the thread title you can click 'Edit' then select 'Go Advanced'.

The next screen will show your post & above it you will see 2 boxes 'Reason for Editing', which you don't have to complete & also 'Title' which has your thread title info in it.
Simply click into the Title box & amend your text as necessary.
You can 'Preview Changes' to see how it will look,
