I quoted the link of airports from Ryanair's website and didn't see the word Lanzarote so thought it couldn't be affected. I didn't realise Arrecife was the name of the airport there.

Employers can pick and choose nowadays, there are 1000's of people chasing jobs. Besides, she will be in her probationary period so they can let her go whenever really. It's always best to state at the interview if there are upcoming days/weeks you will be unable to work.
