DWP say I owe money.

Got a letter in this morning about owing £80+ in overpayment of JSA, they state that because I failed to declare I was living with my wife they over paid me and sent the money twice or something along that line.
However my JSA was a JOINT claim as we claimed for the couples JSA so can someone explain to me were I have gone wrong? I am to dispute the money owed and do it in writing but I don't know what to write.
Can someone please help and explain what I can say and maybe even explain the procedures involved when doing a joint claim and what proofs would have been needed at the time so I can prove that it was stated way back when we put a claim through?.

Just write and ask for a breakdown of the overpayment. This will come with dates etc and you can cross check it to your claim.

How about remembering your divinity?
How about unabashedly bawling your eyes out?
How about not equating death with stopping?0
