Callcredit still taking payments!!

Hi all,

about 5 months ago i cancelled my Callcredit subscription, but yet they continue to keep taking payments!

i have spoke to barclays about this and they have wrote to call credit requesting that these continous card payments are stopped but yet they took another payment 5 weeks ago (i spoke to barclays and they say they were to raise a complaint with them and reverse payment, never done) and yet again they took another payment last week!!

how is best to approach this matter? i'v booked an appt with barclays on the weekend and have wrote to Callcredit....

    If you have already written to callcredit and they haven't responded within a reasonable time frame then write to them again with a formal complaint and send recorded delivery.

    If you have only just written to them then obviously give them time to respond first.

    Hi Kms

    If you are being charged £12 every three months then at some point you may have signed up for Callcredit Check and forgot about it. The service is free for 30 days and then they charge you £12. If you can still remember your log in details you can sign in and cancel the account yourself.

    You can phone Callcredit on 0845 366 0071 and hopefully the person on the phone will be able to help you.

    Alternatively you can email them at [EMAIL="care@callcreditcheck.com"]care@callcreditcheck.com[/EMAIL] or make a complaint to [EMAIL="icp@callcreditgroup.com"]icp@callcreditgroup.com[/EMAIL].

    Hope you manage to resolve this.
