Unhappy with Samsung

I purchased a Samsung Freesat Plus box from Dixons (online) in February of this year, after 4months the box decided it didn't want to work anymore so contacted Dixons who then forwarded me to Samsung who in turn forwarded me onto a company that performed repairs on there behalf.
My box came back repaired however a month later is starting to show signs of going wrong again.
Basically I would just like to know if anyone knows what my rights are with this product as it is quite clearly unsatisfactory, I would love a full refund so that I can purchase another make of Freesat Box however I know I am out of my 28day return time. Any help would be much appreciated, thanx :)

It's likely that Dixons will repair again at least twice before offering to replace. And they are well within their rights to do so, provided they do not cause significant inconvenience. However, going without a freesat box is unlikely to be classed as a significant inconvenience for the standard Joe Public.

When they do get to the point of replacing they can also replace with the same model.
