In Debt Arrangement Scheme (DAS Scotland) - Reclaiming bank charges?

Hi everyone
I entered into a DAS last October and everything is going well. However, throughout the last few years I have incurred alot of bank charges from RBS. Am I entitled to claim these back given that I am in a DAS and that they are one of my creditors?
Any help appreciated

I don't see why not bearing in mind the refund (if you are fortunate enough to get one) will be used towards paying off your existing debt.
