Certainly unprofessional and I can see why someone could get annoyed, but "livid", "disgusted", "humiliated", really?
One complete stranger, who doesn't have the faintest idea who you are and vice versa, commented over the phone that your deep voice sounded male and you are "humiliated"? Did you have it on speaker phone in the middle of a busy street or something?0 -
Have to look at it another day, if the call taker thought the voice sounded male he has a right to refuse the call. If dpa is breached its the employee whom has the action taken against them also.Don't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.0
