Income support to E.S.A

Hi :T
Can anyone please help i'm getting Income support for bring sick and disabled and three disability premiums, i also get D.L.A higher rate care and mobility indefinite period this was increased in 2010 where i got worse, i dont know when i am supose to be moving over if at all to the new E.S.A can anyone please advise a timetable at all if they know? or how it will work?

If you are getting Income Support they will send you a form to fill out when they want you to switch to ESA, you don't have to go out on your own and switch to ESA. Just as the link above says
