incapacity and industrail injuries benifit can i have both with out being means tested
in other words can i get both without one or the other being affected
i do not get income support

Depending on what you are claiming the 2 for, they can be completely separate. My hubby is on IB because of a broken spine due to a car accident, but he also receives IIB in the form of Reduced Earnings Allowance (altho on his bank statement it says IIB) because he has vibration white finger.
Neither are means tested and you will find that becuase you receive them, if you did receive Income Support, it would stop anyway.0 -

That's correct. IB & IIDB (or Dis Ben as it's called) can be claimed at the same time.0
