I didnt think they took them to court anyway, I thought that they just deducted it from future benefits.make the most of it, we are only here for the weekend.
and we will never, ever return.0 -
They cannot deduct what is their fault and claimants can appeal0

The government have fixed this.
Under universal credit, they can now legally reclaim money paid through official error too!
So this judgement is largely of historical, not future interest.

We may be supposed to be nice to new members but that's supposed to work both ways. (Even if they don't know the difference between new and old information and can't spell!;):D)0
