Anyone else still not received Tax Credit renewal?

I haven't received a tax credit renewal form yet. I rang them yesterday and the recorded message said that all forms would be sent out by 30th June (yesterday!). The message said that you can't renew over the telephone until you receive the forms. Anyone else still waiting for theirs?

Ring them in the morning between 8-9am. Not so busy then. They should be able to tell you if the renewal pack has been issued. That's all you can do for now.0
