All inclusive carp fishing holiday?

Has anyone been on a Carp fishing holiday?
My OH is looking to go with 3 friends. Ideally it will be:
A 4+ acre lake with 20+lb carp
An 'all inclusive' venue that picks you up from the local airport, provides all gear and food, and drops you back off after.
Some accomodation on site (caravan/gite/cottage) with some luxurys eg Sky TV, fridge for beer etc lol!
If the lake can be hired exclusively that would be great.
Looking at France, but would consider any Europe. Must be a lake though, not river/sea fishing. Budget is around £600pp with extra for flights.
