Tea for two giveaway terms and conditions

• These terms and conditions apply to the prize draw to win one of 100 vouchers for £75 from buyagift.co.uk (“the Promotion”). Entry to the Promotion is acceptance of these terms and conditions. Therefore please read these carefully.
• No purchase is necessary to enter the Promotion.
• The Promotion is only available to Aviva customers who are United Kingdom residents over the age of 18.
• The promoter of this Promotion is Aviva Insurance Limited. Registered in Scotland. No 2116. Registered Office: Pitheavlis, Perth PH2 0NH (“the Promoter”).
• The Promotion is not open to the Promoter's agencies, its group companies or anyone else connected with the Promotion.
• Only one entry per person will be accepted.
• To enter the Promotion, please complete the entry form and press the “Submit” button.
• The closing date and time of the Promotion is 11:59 pm on 31 July 2012 (“the Closing Date”). Entries received after the Closing Date will not be processed.
• The winners will be selected at random on 2 August 2012 (“the Winners”).
• There will be 100 Winners . Each Winner will be e-mailed a voucher with a promotional code for the value of £75 from buyagift.co.uk (“the Prize”) within 7 days of the Winners being selected. Once the code is entered online at buyagift.co.uk/activate, the Winner will be able to redeem the Prize.
• There will be no cash substitute. The Promoter retains the right to substitute the Prize with another prize of similar value in the event the original Prize offered not being available.
• The Promoter may ask the Winners to provide proof of age and/or country of residence.
• The Winners agree to take part in post-Promotion activity. By entering this Promotion, you are agreeing to future contact from us regarding our products and services. You will be given an opportunity to review your future marketing preferences when you receive these contacts.
• Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted.
• The Prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and are not redeemable for cash or other prizes. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any costs associated with the Prizes and that are not specifically included in the Prizes including but not limited to travel to and from the venue.
• Nothing in these terms and conditions shall exclude the liability of the Promoter for death, personal injury, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation as a result of its negligence.
• The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of entering the Promotion or accepting the prize. The Promoter further disclaims liability for any injury or damage to you or any other person's computer relating to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials in connection with the Promotion.
• The Promoter shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations where the failure is caused by something outside its reasonable control. Such circumstances shall include, but not be limited to, weather conditions, fire, flood, hurricane, strike, industrial dispute, war, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, inevitable accidents, unforeseen legislation or any other events beyond its control.
• No responsibility is taken for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason. Proof of delivery of the entry is not proof of receipt.
• The decision of the Promoter is final and the Promoter will not enter into correspondence relating to its decision.
• The Promoter reserves the right to modify the Promotion at any time without prior notice.
• The names of the Winners for the Promotion will be available upon request for 4 weeks after the Winners have been notified by sending a stamped self-addressed envelope to: Signed vests and photos giveaway, FAO: Susan O’Neill, Aviva Insurance Limited, Sienna 3, 8 Surrey Street, Norwich NR1 3NG. The Winners agree to have their names and counties of residence disclosed for future Aviva publications.
