Will my cheque clear!?

Hi everyone,
Quick question - I've given a company a cheque for £200 that is a rather important payment, I have a new £300 overdraft with HSBC that I am not in yet, but will be if/when it clears. So long as it dont go over -£300, will HSBC clear the cheque with my overdraft limit??

That's the point of an overdraft limit. Why would you imagine that it WOULD NOT clear?0
