Hope you get one of them - you'll have to let us know how you get on. Keep a drink of water near the phone when you have your interviews, as your mouth might dry up. Good luck x

Good luck. Try to have some possible questions that they may ask you written down with your answers and a copy of your CV in front of you along with a summary of the job and company and some questions you can ask them during and at the end of the interview.

Best of luck. When i've had telephone interviews, I lay out all my interview prep on the kitchen table, including a diagram showing all the competencies needed for the role and examples of where I've done this in my current/previous role. It really helps with those difficult questions! (the last time I did this, I got the job!)

Results. So much better to see people positive than the usual `Ive missed my signing on date so im losing my JSA' thread.

Prepare prepare prepare for your phone interviews, do some reading up on potential questions they are going to throw at you. I had one some time back with Virgin Media, I knew they was going to put me in a roleplay style thing where I was the operator on the phone and he was a complaining customer. I had read so much up on it when it came down to the interview I wasn't nervous at all and breezed through it.

    Well done and good luck!

Thankyou for all your positive replies, had two interviews today. One of them offered me a face to face interview on Friday:j:j. And the other one said they will let me know by Friday if I have been succesful or not...was a bag of nerves so not sure:eek:.

Got 2 phone interviews tomorrow and 1 on Friday. :D
