Belgium: small hotels in Namur, Charleroi

Looking for a small hotel/B&B in Charleroi (town centre not airport) or Namur, Belgium. Travelling at Easter.
Hoping to pay about 50E single.
Searching bookings.org and other sites -- they all quote the same 3 or 4 business hotels (Ibis, Best Western etc.)
Any web sites showing small hotels in these towns?
Is it worth turning up at the station and hoping to find something?
